UPDATE: And here is the Time Forward! video. Time Forward! was one of the most recognisable pieces of music from the Soviet era, the main theme of the 1965 film of the same name, and was composed by Georgy Sviridov. (via AHAPX in the comments).
Evidence
Not much news around about last night’s gig in St. Petersburg (which was not contrary to reports renamed Pattonograd for the occasion) but there is this superb video of the band performing Evidence on ye olde YouTube.
..eehh…wish he could stay “YAD” as the very ‘ol dayz…
That was a good cover and a good tribute to Russia, I think that would be a lot better if Bungle had covered it.
1. The main difference of Time forward in St-Pete from the one in Moscow is that the main “solo” was played on key, but not the Jon’s guitar. In thi (st-Pete) way it sounds much more relevant
2. One guy from Russian FNM fan-forum flew on one plane with the band from Moscow to St-Petersburg and wrote, Mikey was deadly drunk and kinda spoiled his perfect vocals and part of gig in St-Pete.
Nevertheless Moscow show was absolutely amazing!
The Music of Time Forward! suits F N M more than just Perfect!!!
