La Tercera reports that eclectic Chilean rock fusion jazz band Fulano will now open Faith No More’s final Second Coming tour date in Chile on 5 December. Primus are also on the bill for the Bicentenario de La Florida gig.
The same paper also reports that plans are afoot for Faith No More to play some part in the annual Teletón, which takes place on 4 December. The annual 27-hour fund-raising event has raised over $300,000,000 for charity since 1978.
Been returning to life as usual perusing FNM news; found this spanish article on the Telethon (looks like it’s a go for FNM performing):

^ what’s interesting to me is the photoshopped AIC logo on Mike’s shirt in the promo photo. They must really like that band!

Unrelated topic: Have any of you (FNM family) heard the Planetakis song titled “Mike Patton”. Most of the lyrics are in German or Russian I think…..ANYWAY…..awesome song!! Totally bubblegum…but hilarious. There is also a remix – “No More Faith No More”……..ENJOY….
@Mona, maybe we get a DVD of the show, anyway. 🙂 Thanks!
THE SHIT!!!! This is just too good to be true. FULANO is just such an astonishing band, all that fucking TALENT reunited in Santiago ilaconchetumadre is just too good to be true. THE SHIT!!!! And as of now, I won’t be in Chile at that point. FUCK!. For the attendants, just enjoy, such a great classy gesture from the band to invite FULANO to the closing act, it just shows you how much this guys at FNM interpret myself perfectly. ALMOST! Cheers mates.
I’m pretty sure that you can watch their performance on internet ( chilean channels such as canal 13, tvn can do it) .
ps: FNN show will start around 10 pm (local time) and could appears in any moment.
Is the show going to be broadcast via internet?
this is awesome if its true! it can remind me of the oddness of those Vina Del Mar shows from the 90’s
