Mike Bordin, Roddy Bottum and Jon Hudson have been interviewed in the latest issue of Australian boobs and babes magazine Zoo Weekly.

They save the best to last in the punchy Q and A.

Mike Patton is a legendary vocalist – does he still come up with lyrics or melodies that blow you away?

Puffy: Absolutely.
Roddy: Always, 100 per cent of the time.
Puffy: On Separation Anxiety, I had absolutely no idea what he was going to do. And the beginning of Cone of Shame, I had no idea. I was like “Whoa!” He blows my fucking mind!

Is there any leftover material from the Sol Invictus sessions?

Roddy. An awful lot. So much so you wouldn’t believe.
Puffy: As far as what got finished, no. The album was finished and the album to me sits really beautifully together as a group of somgs that work together, but I tracked a shitload of music, so who knows? All of it was good. All of it was really, really good…

And Zoo also give the album 8/10, rating it “not quite in the same league as Angel Dust or KFAD”.
