CHARTS: Faith No More take number 4 spot in official German album charts

Faith No More have gone straight into number 4 in the official German charts with Sol Invictus.

They are pipped to the top spot by three other new entries from Andreas Gabalier, Lena and Michael Patrick Kelly.

Sol Invictus becomes the second-highest charting album in Germany for the band. Album of the Year reached number 2 in 1997 while both Angel Dust and King for a Day.. peaked at number 8.

Took a keyboard player that was by all accounts a personality, not a singer...and everyone in the room new that, certainly the journalists and the singer and band themselves...and tried to make that work? Quotes from Patton that aren't just rehashed from earlier articles would've been nice, although can't really be a criticism if he didn't want to be interviewed. Way to not leave out Beavis & Butthead's commentary on "Digging the Grave." - Benrun { Here is an amazing and frightening point of fact...when I hung out back stage with FNM in Detroit 2015, Patton revealed that he does not use earplugs anymore. I briefly admonished him for that, me being a speech therapist with training in audiology and hearing loss. I love Patton and his music and want him to keep being able to make it. - KingCol { Best gig i ever witnessed - sound wise .. I was especially lucky to get tickets in seated area so i missed nothing and was able to fully observe the performance. I couldn't imagine going to a fnm gig and jumping about with the music like regular metalers do because for me fnm are not a regular band . I can only speak for myself but fnm are a band that are better observed and given your full attention to fully appreciate. - Benrun { So months ago, Roddy, Bill, and Puffy teased a photo of themselves together in San Fran, I think outside their studio. That's a big deal b/c Roddy lives in NYC. But silence since...I hope there is more to that story. I don't know what this band has against releasing a live EP every once in a while. It is insane that this band has only 1 half-assed live release. If anything they should at least correct that...release the actual whole Brixton 90 show.
