Faith No More are making the most of their two-day break in the UK between Glasgow and London shows. Fresh from picking up the Best Album accolade at Monday night’s Metal Hammer Golden Gods awards, the band recorded a session for the BBC Radio 1 Rock Show at the iconic Maida Vale studios today.
The Radio 1 Rock Show have just clarified that the session will air next month:
@faithnomore20 it will be sometime in July but we haven’t got a date set just yet.

We can expect it to be broadcast in the next few weeks
@faithnomore20 @thebissler @FnmFollowers @FaithNoMore it won’t air for a while longer…but you can hear last night’s interview online!

Horrible bit of nitpicking here but the last Maida Vale show was in 1997 so it’s 18 years and not 20 🙂
That aside, I’m really looking forward to seeing and hearing this. They seem to up it a notch for these shows, perhaps because of the casual environment and smaller crowd.
