The latest issue of Kerrang! features an in-depth interview with Bill Gould on Faith No More’s history and a little bit about the band’s future.
He says:
‘We talk all the time. Are we still a band? I can’t tell you. Last time around, we didn’t even tell our wives that we were making music again, so I’m fucked if I’m going to tell you!’
Bill also gives some nice details on the band’s past – something that of course will be covered in Small Victories, the Faith No More biography which will be published in September.

The backstage raw footage is interesting.
So months ago, Roddy, Bill, and Puffy teased a photo of themselves together in San Fran, I think outside their studio. That’s a big deal b/c Roddy lives in NYC. But silence since…I hope there is more to that story. I don’t know what this band has against releasing a live EP every once in a while. It is insane that this band has only 1 half-assed live release. If anything they should at least correct that…release the actual whole Brixton 90 show. Everyone I know who loves FNM loves them because of their live show…not their albums. But memories get fuzzy…refresh our minds about how awesome this band is live with some releases! If Patton doesn’t like live albums then fine, just release live Chuck stuff, in fact I’d rather hear more live Chuck shows.
Absolutely…me dream covers from the ReUnited tour would be….Reunited, Switch, Adje Jano, Que he Sacado, and Kiss & Say Goodbye. Or do a Cardiacs cover as a benefit/tribute! Or, just get over themselves about not liking live albums and release some official live stuff. Take our money or I’ll scream!!
Just give us a 4 song EP once every 2 years even if those 4 songs are covers I would love to have even a sound studio cover of Ben and Reunited!(Me throwing money at the computer screen at the mere thought)
